top tier sorority reputations?

I'm rushing in the fall and from what I've gathered the top tier is kappa pi phi theta and dg, but what are their reps? Like the "smart ones", "partiers" things like that. And I know there is a mix of girls in every house but like overall how do people label them majority of the time.

kkg- stuck up/ not fun at ALL
dg- very very very easy and only have like 10 hot girls overall
pi phi- also easy and do a lot of blow
theta- not hot at all but smart
