advice for rushing as a junior?

Any advice/insight for rushing as a junior? I know its harder to do, but what do houses look for? Is it possible to still get a bid from middle/upper tier houses?

Get those Rec letters
Follow actives on insta
Get a good idea of what the houses look like
Make a few Greek friends
Clean up your social media
Make sure your GPA is high
Make sure your resumè looks great
