social life without going greek?

I'm seriously considering transferring here as a junior from community college, but I've noticed that frat parties seem to be a huge part of the social scene. I'm a girl (not super hot blonde but I'm decent haha) so I was wondering if frat parties are exclusive to Greek girls or if it's not an issue for non Greeks girls to get in? I would rush but i know that many houses don't consider juniors for financial reasons

frat parties are open to all girls, but frats have stuff like mixers, exchange etc that are pretty much exclusive to sorority girls. also don't rule out rush, there's an upperclassmen quota! I and my friends in other houses all had juniors in our pledge classes

Thanks for replying! I know there's junior quotas but in all honesty I'm not very rich nor am I ridiculously hot(or white)so while I'll consider rushing, I don't want to get my hopes up :/ if anyone wants to let me know if there's a college bar scene at USC as well feel free to comment haha
