is being black a setback during rush?

I would like to go to USC, because of its really awesome social scene. But, I am black and wondering if that will be a handicap during fraternity rush? I know people who used to go to USC (6-7 years ago) and said that the Greek System was white and pretty discriminatory towards minorities. Could any of you give me an honest answer, because I'd rather know the truth before I set my heart on this school?
