Idk...I like BOTH houses but I think that Pi Phi is still above Tridelt. Tridelt is also a super great house but I think lookswise, social calendar, prestige wise Pi Phi still has an advantage. Alpha Phi has a much stronger PC than Pi Phi but as houses I think they are very close ranking wise.
I'd go:
Alpha Phi/Pi Phi
Tridelt

NOT EVEN CLOSE. I am in a top house fraternity that mixes with these sororities and the ranking still is:
TOP: DG/Kappa/Theta
MIDDLE: Pi Phi/Alpha Phi
BOTTOM: Tridelt/ADPi/Gamma Phi
NOT WORTH IT: AXO/SDT
All the girls saying yep are in tridelt.

aphi is upper middle along with pi phi (MAYBE) and tridelt is middle

True!! I'm a fresh and I know a ton of Pi Phis who went to A Phi and Pi Phi pref night. They ranked A Phi #1 and Pi Phi #2, but ended up with their second choice. A Phi was def more popular inrush this year!

seems pretty right. Kappa has definitely fallen from grace, and Theta is always solid in recruitment so this one makes more sense. @ALL WRONG , you don't even have all the sororities on there. Kappa go away

kappa and dg are interchangeable
alpha phi, theta, and pi phi are interchangeable.

Go away pi phi. U are not under theta. You're right under tri delt. Under alpha pho is even a stretch.
