Kappa (and I don't even like them....although got some girls just for the name and they are def kitchen girls)

Theta/Pi Phi (just meh...Theta more plain/cute, Pi Phi mostly hot girls but rando's too)
Alpha Phi (did standard for them, but DG was just...bad)
DG (the GPhi of the top houses in terms of PC)

Tridelt
ADPi
SDT (slowly becoming a smaller mid tier)
AXO (did great for them, could do good things for their future)

GPhi (noticeably dreadful)

obviously if this was rankings by house, very different

DG - did the best, hands down. It's obvious that pi phi is all over this page, sorry but you are not top
Theta - got one of the biggest pledge classes and some of the most desirable pnms going through rush this year
Kappa - had to give out snap bids, so they are not first or second this year since not enough girls wanted them and they had to take randos
Aphi - surprised me. They did much better than expected and got some of the really desirable pnms
Pi Phi - got capped so they have a small pledge class, haven't seen enough pictures or girls to judge but of the ones I know, not impressed
Tridelta - solid group, cute girls but some randos. Solid middle tier
ADPi - not impressed. Just no.
Gamma Phi - again, not impressed, really taken a toll since USC got smarter and less attractive
AXO-no comments needed

Everyone cross prefs in the top 4 houses. Theta Kappa DG Pi Phi (they are mostly just your typical USC chicks rich hot etc.)

the middle tier houses cross pref: Alpha phi, Gamma Phi, Tri Delt, Adpi (they are literally all the same don't try and act like one is better than the other... some just have hotter girls in another but they are all the same)

If we're being totally honest, it doesn't matter who the "top houses" are; when rushing, you should go where YOU feel comfortable. But if you want to play this game, these are the reputations around campus (NOT IN ORDER):

TOP- Kappa, DG, Theta, Pi Phi
MIDDLE - ADPI, Alpha Phi, Tri Delts
BOTTOM - Gamma Phi and AXO

That being said, I personally find that some of the top tier houses are catty and care way too much about looks, but that does not speak for every member in their house. Middle Tier houses are supposedly "leftovers" -- I would disagree. I think they are very sweet and know how to have fun.

And before anyone says I'm biased, I'm not in a house. And this is just one person's opinion.
