advice-hoping to get advice in spite of thread bel

Not sure what the thread below is all about. I have applied as a transfer student for my sophomore year -fall of 2017. Can anyone comment on what my chances are to get a bid in a sorority during formal rush? Are freshmen given preference. Also, how active are the houses in the Continuous open bidding process for those looking for a spot, who did not get placed. Thank you in advance.
