rush as a junior transfer??

I'm hoping to transfer as a junior to USC next year. How hard is it to get into a good sorority like theta, pi beta phi, or Adpi as a junior? Is it common for juniors to get bids?? Should i even try to rush, or is it worthless for a junior. Does being a transfer help my case at all?
