This is the most acurate rank I have seen but I would switch TKE and ZBT. I know TKE is the king of self rankers but right now ahead of ZBT, TKE starts the top of the middle tier. Top tier will remain the same like it has for the past decade with SX, Phi Psi and LXA interchangeable. If SAE ever comes back they may kick one iof those out to the top of the middle tier but it will take them many years of top pledge classes to regain their old rank.

As a sorority girl who has had socials with ZBT and TKE I would pick ZBT anyday over TKE. Keep TKE at #5

This ranking is so wrong and out of date. Phi Psi has been going downhill the past two PC and are precariously holding to the #3 spot another questionable PC will push them into the middle tier. No way TKE belongs in the top tier, ZBT has moved past and they belong below ZBT.
1. LXA
2. SX ( could slip with probation)
3. Phi Psi (another questionable PC might drop them into the middle tier).
4. ZBT Last two PC were top tier overtook TKE and nother good year and they will replace Phi Psi or SX
5. TKE what can I say they are on a DOWNWARD spiral

TKE stop the self ranking you have hit the ceiling at the middle tier, you still blanket bid and get the "try hards" that were passed up by Lambda Chi, Sigma Chi and Phi Psi and now ZBT soon rushees will pick SN over you if they havn't already.

Whoever posted this must have graduated 3 years ago. Everyone knows Lambda Chi is the top house in a tier by themselves. Then comes Sigma Chi Phi Psi has been slipping they are #3 on their best days and if they don't turn things around they will slip into the middle tier with ZBT replacing them.

Obvious ranking by a TKE and NO you are not #2 and barely holding on to #5 in the middle tier.

I wouldnt call phi psi the TOP house. There is no undisputed top house. The top tiers are just a matter of preference.

Phi Psi is definately slipping the last 2 PC were not even top 3, good thing their Jr and Sr were top notch otherwise they would have already slipped to middle tier. TKE is on a downward spiral and #5 at best, ZBT is definately above TKE.
