sig ep frat coming back?

I have heard Sig Ep will be coming back to SC in the next year to reclaim their house and their position on the row. Apparently they have one of the strongest national organizations and own their house free and clear unlike many others.

Sig Ep was the bottom of the bottom tier I guess it would be a good home for the goobers that even got rejected from the bottom houses so they won't have to go back to being GDI.

Sig Ep is one of the top national fraternities and pretty sure they don't hire trolls like some other national frats do

It would be great to have another option for all the goobers who are rejected from even the bottom tier houses so they don't have to go back to being a GDI.

I also heard when Sig Ep was here they were the absolute bottom of the bottom tier. I also understand there were dozens and dozens of total loser goobers that did not receive bids from ANY house even the blanket bidders like PIKE and TKE passed on them during this past rush.There will be room for these goobers in a new Sig Ep because goobers need to belong to a fraternity too.

Actually when Sig Ep was here it was an admittance of failure. They were the absolute bottom of the bottom tier and no one even wore their letters because of the shame and ridicule.Most that pledge soon realized that they were better off being GDI rather than the shame and ridicule of being Sig Ep.
