How have they had so much success this year? Everyone seems to be saying there a new top house.

They are not a top house. If Phi Psi, Lambda, TKE, or Sigma Chi were to get kicked off, they MAY have a chance (because they would have a shot at mixing with the top 4 sororities). Until then, they are a middle tier house.

Are those freshman girls in dg, kappa, pi phi, or theta?? Didn't think so. Until they start mixing with those sororities, they are not top.
