rushing as a sophomore

Does anyone know if frats give out bids to sophomores(transfers) or is this uncommon. Thanks!

The majority of most pledge classes will be underclassmen just due to the statistics of who rushes, but yes sophomores routinely get bids in most houses, especially if they are very close with active brothers or a transfer who has a new rep to the school.
