Which sororities will be giving snap bids and when?

Snap bids are done, if they even happened.

I'm going to simplify the concept as much as I can. Say quota is 10. A sorority has 15 girls show up to pref, puts 10 on their first list, and then the rest #2, #3, #4, #5, #6. However, enough girls rank another house higher and match on their first list, so even though they have 15 girls on their list total, only 9 match up. They have the option to call another girl that they cut earlier OR released themselves out of recruitment and offer them a bid. That girl becomes #10, and BOOM! Sorority has quota.

For obvious reasons, sororities do not brag about if they had to give out snap bids or not. Obviously the girl who got the snap bid is not going to brag about it either. And 99% of the sorority probably wouldn't even know. The president, rush team, some advisors, maybe a girl if she had rushed the girl earlier and knew that the girl was out of recruitment.

That door is closed. Snap bids are done before bid day even happens. No such thing as one happening after.

How do we know who will be COBing if any houses? I understand that they are not always posted. Did any houses not make quota this year? Who reports this information? Thanks.

Do houses like APhi offer bids if members start dropping out? if so, do they look at a list from rush or do they only give open bids to close friends?

What are my chances at getting into a house where members begin to drop?

Since a couple people have asked, in terms of snap bids, sororities don't get to give out replacement bids if new members drop out. That spot is a missed opportunity, unless it means they drop below total and thus are eligible for COB (which they may or may not decide to do, since it's not usually good stigma for a house's success, and if they do decide to do it they may be very secretive, invite only about it).
