Who copies who with neighbors ZBT and Sigma Nu? One group of guys comes out and starts beer bong in the front yard with shirt off (not such a good idea in the first place - shirts off) then the other house comes out and starts beer pong with shirts off.

The ultimate try hard fest.. but I'd say ZBT is the douchier of the two. Especially with them desperately trying to win over Pi Phi while they practice for rush across the street.
