who to choose
by: IN DEMANDI am being shown interest by all three top tier fraternities. I believe I will receive bids from Lambda Chi, Sigma Chi and Phi Psi. I am tall,VGL, Athletic and pull a lot of hot chics. I hear a lot of crap about these three houses but I wonder which is really considered the top of the "top tier"?

No, I'm a Lambda. Never bothered rushing either Sigma Chi or Phi Psi. Found my home in the undisputed top house and never looked back.

I think Phi Psi is close to the other two but they have more foreigners and a little more diverse than Lambda or Sigma Chi, some may see that as a positive and some as a negative. The vast majority of guys in all those houses would have been the type of people I would have seeked as friends in high school. Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi both had a higher percentage of guys I would want to have as friends. I am only talking a small percentage difference with Phi Psi. Also I think the guys in Sigma Chi and Lambda Chi are all good looking, there is no one in those two houses you would be ashamed of wearing their letters but Phi Psi had a couple of guys that you would think WFT!, how did they get a bid.

After seeing all the fake posts about Lambda Chi I can say positively that Lambda Chi is without a doubt one of the top tier houses at USC and I personally after having met may girls in sororities and speaking with other rushers that Lambda Chi is at the top of our list, they have the coolest guys and the hottest sorority girls visiting... you will see a lot of fake posts but anybody that has been rushing early and has met members of the houses they are interested in will know immediately that Lambda Chi is the top of the pyramid.
