lxa, sx, phi psi

I will be an incoming freshman this fall. My sister just graduated and was a Theta she tells me I should concentrate on rushing these 3 houses as they are the best and most exclusive. Lambda Chi Alpha, Sigma Chi and Phi Psi.
My family has multi-homes thoughout the world but I grew up in the Malibu Colony. I am told I am attrative 6'6" blond/blue and often been told I have a "surfer look" I do surf a lot all over the world and also ski, snowboard kite surf. I have at my disposal many high end cars including Ferraris, Lambo's . I am wondering which I would fit in best and if I should look into any others. ( My sisters say's I am a shoe-in at any if not all three and don't bother with any other house) I like to party but also serious about finishing up school early.
