by: WonderLets face it the vast majority of us fraternity members are not in whats considered one of the "upper tier" top three houses of SX, LXA or Phi Psi. If you could do it over again and had any of those 3 give give you a bid which would it have been?..And don't give me any of the BS that you would stick with the one your in cuz you know 99.99% would trade our left nut to be in one of those houses.

Traditionally the top 3 sororities of DG, THETA, and KAPPA regularly go out with the top 3 fraternities. If as you claim SX and LXA are not top tier then who besides PHI PSI is in the top tier?. I could swear those sororities go out regularly with LXA and SX.

I am a TKE and I actually rushed all three. I would honestly say everyone of our members did also but we didn't get bids. So yes I admit I would have jumped TKE for any of those 3 houses.

Actually Phi Psi historically has been a middle tier house, SX and LXA have always been top tier houses. When SAE which was traditionally a top tier house with SX and LXA were kicked off campus, Phi Psi entered the top 3 by default. I think when SAE comes back they will quickly reckaim their top 3 spot and drop Phi Psi back to middle tier.
