Your frat house is somewhere between theta xi and sigma chi in terms of a physical appearance and functionality. Sigma chi now owns their property, why don't you own the property? I'm not even defending Lambda Chi. I'm just sick of your constant bashing of USC Greek life using lies. You claim that all these houses are "for sale" because they got "kicked out" when in reality they didn't get kicked out and none of these houses are on listings.

We LOVE our Lambda Chi groupies! You follow us and know more about us than you do the Kardashians!. It must have sucked not getting a bid from Lambda Chi too bad you will never know how awesome it is to be a Lambda Chi, the prestige, the adoration, the girls, the parties, the celebrities, maybe I will let you in for a sneak peak and you can be my shadow, I mean it's even better than you heard or imagined!

I am not in lambda, but let me tell you that they probably have the best house on the row. It might not be the cleanest (but then again what frat house is), but it's an ideal space for partying. There's nothing like a party in the atrium, and anyone who has ever been there knows. Why would they give up their house when it's just so fun? And as for owning their own property, they do. They just recently bought it, for your information. So get your facts checked before spreading lies.

Our house is a sh-it hole but we have levels in the atrium. Everything else pretty much sucks.

Never said I was a broker. I just have insider info and know tke alumni in the real estate business. Rather than blaming me for what others decided to post, why don't you tell everyone why lambda chi doesn't own their house?
