Which frat(s) will get each of tke's houses. They are pretty cool so I'm guessing they'll go to the top bidder.

I'm working commercial real estate this summer and the top broker in our office is a tke and handling the sale of tkes excess property. Usc is forcing the sale as part of the deal to come back in five years

That's just total BS. USC cannot "force" the sale of any property owned outright by a fraternity or sorority.

I heard LXA might be interested in buying a house as a satellite because they are maxed out. Whats happening with SX, Phi Psi and FIJI houses are they selling too?

Lamdba chi doesn't even own their own property. USC owns the lambda chi house. They are nothing but chump renters in v-neck baby-tees
