by: HowJust curious how hard it is to get a bid to phi psi sigma chi and lambda? How many guys usually rush each of these houses and how many get bid Before you say because you asked you probably won't get a bid my dad was a sigma chi here but I'm still looking at the other two.

Those 3 houses are all in the top tier, considered the most exclusive and prestigious. They are the most selective and contrary to what self rankers from TKE, ΣΝ, ΠΚΑ these three are on a different tier and there is a huge gap between ΣΧ, ΦΚΨ and ΛΧΑ and the middle tier which includes TKE, ΣΝ,ΠΚΑ, ΖΒΤ, ΦΔΘ and several others. ΠΚΨ,ΛΧΑ,ΣΧ party with the top sororities throw the best parties and are considered the best looking guys at USC.
You will have a leg up getting a bid from ΣΧ if your dad was a ΣΧ at USC, if a ΣΧ at another school not so much. If you want to get a bid from ΛΧΑ or ΠΚΨ you should be very good looking someone that could pull the hotest girls, wealthier the better, athletic, or on an athletic team, have a hot toned body, great personality,and if you are a celebrity or your parents are you have a even better chance.
Several hundred people rush each of these houses but only a few dozen are given bids, talk to as many of the guys as you can. ΛΧΑ, ΣΧ,ΠΚΨ get first choice of the best rushies at USC you have to have your A game on because otherwise you will end up in one of the lower tier houses that get the guys not given bids by these three, or guys who are realistic and knew they would never had a chance so skipped these 3 to look into more realistic frats for themselves.

ΛΧΑ has always been and unless something drastically changes will always be top tier. Usually the top 3 fraternities of ΛΧΑ, ΣΧ, ΠΚΨ are just grouped equally in the "top tier" but the last few years with Cody Kessler and other starters on the FB team plus Patrick Schwarzenegger I think they were pretty much THE top of the top tier. Your statement just makes you look like a bigger idiot than you are.
