top fraternity differences
by: PNMi was wondering if someone could explain any differences overall between Phi Psi, Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi, and TKE. I know they're all good "top tier" fraternities that have dope parties and hang with Kappa, DG, Theta, and Pi Phi and will have all different types of people, but what are the stereotypes of the guys in them?

Phi Psi is definitely the "frattiest" out of those and has the most difficult pledging. They have a fairly diverse house as far as where people come from whereas sigma chi is pretty much all so cal people. Lamda doesn't really have much of a brotherhood but rather a few small cliques within the house that have a ton of money.

ΛΧΑ Is THE top house at USC. This house is the first choice of the cream of the crop of potential rushies. If you are not EXTREMELY good looking, have a hot body, the quarterback of the football team,a celebrity or son of a celebrity, very very wealthy and have always pulled the hottest girls might as well not even rush this house and reset your goal to maybe TKE,Pike or many of the multitude of other middle tier houses because they only bid the very very best.
If ΛΧΑ does not give you a bid, ΣΧ and ΠΚΨ are considered acceptable although not on the same pedestal as ΛΧΑ and not shameful like the houses below them such as PIKE and TKE.
