What is the most selective fraternity and sorority?

Any frat/sorority that is considered top tier is the most selective.

Except for TKE, who blanket bids (which is why people question whether or not they deserve to be top tier) and Kappa, which will give a bid to any rich girl.

The 3 most selective sororities and fraternities are in no particular order

Fraternities ΛΧΑ, ΣΧ, ΦΚΨ
Sororities ΔΓ,ΚΑΤ, ΚΚΓ

Members of these houses are the chosen, anointed ones, the top of the pyramid in awesomeness and looks.

Sororities are Kappa, Theta, DG, and Pi Phi.
Most selective frat is Phi Psi hands down, but frat rankings are constantly changing due to kick offs and probation.

Phi Psi is definately the weakest of the top tier fraternities. Less than a decade ago Phi Psi were considered a middle to bottom tier house. It can be argued that TKE has actually overtaken Phi Psi with the last several pledge classes and throwing the consensus best parties. I would personally take Phi Psi out of the top tier to be replaced with TKE. Phi Psi could be the top of the middle tier.

Kappa is not selective. As a poster above said, they will give any rich girl a bid...which is basically most girls at USC. DG and Theta are more selective than Kappa in that they look for a whole package kind of girl.

This is obviously a theta. Theta is not as selective as Kappa, DG, or Pi Phi.

I agree that was probably a Theta, but I do think DG is more selective than Kappa/Kappa is more likely to give a bid away solely based on money.

You can really base a girls financial situation as criteria for a bid anymore from specific houses since mostly everyone at this school comes from a wealthy family. It just stating the obvious that the row is full of wealthy people. So going by that I would say DG has been most selective lately, Kappa in second. A few years ago this would be reversed.
