Living up the stereotype of being a social climber. You tryna act like your sorority is top but despite your desperateness for social climbing you will not be top. Plus Song Girls doesn't automatically mean beauty. They want girls who have talent/skill in what they do.

what is AGD's retention rate? how many girls do they get through normal rush vs. COB? look at those stats and then tell me if AGD is anywhere near the same level as g phi, adpi, tridelt

OK I'm the last person to defend these houses but be real. Retention rate is a not a good indicator because alpha phi lost like half their pledge class (same with axo) and i'm sure sdt has a great retention rate because there's no way to get "stuck" there, girls choose to be there.
Also there seems to be unnecessary hating on agd. I get that they're still new-ish and no sorority wants to say they're above their own house but saying they're on par with axo and sdt is a bit of a joke. Axo's own prez quit and they have to pay to have social events, and sdt isn't even on the row. I'm honestly not too familiar with gamma phi's social calendar, but it seems they mix with some/most of the same houses? I'm not saying they're a top tier house. But all the hating is really not encouraging of new houses on the row.

Sorry Kappa. Money alone doesn't make a house the "top." Look at TKE. TKE is the richest frat yet they are struggling to stay in the top tier. Despite TKE's wealth, they still suck and can barely compete with the other top houses. DG right now is definitely better than you guys.
