rushing as a junior

I've finished up my degree at my school on the east coast two years earlier then expected and want to transfer and rush at USC come Spring. Age wise I'll be a junior but academically I'd most likely be at USC for three years. Will this heavily effect my rush process ? How selective is rush for a mid tier-ish fraternity at USC?

I pledged a fraternity last fall at my school but dropped when I realized I might be transferring.

"Finished up my degree." Does that mean you're coming for grad school? Because I've never heard of grad students rushing Greek life.
