I think DK just pulled those numbers out his ass. If you look at the thread all his info is outdated or made up.

Lxa has around 100 guys. Many don't pay dues. At 100, they are the smallest top 5 houses

LXA has 216 actives and the largest of the top 3 ranked fraternities. And our budget is well over a million.

Their budget far exceeds $200,000 it is probably triple that and they are not alone. I bet at least 3-4 houses have $500,000 plus budgets. This is USC not Bakersfield College.
