Why is Theta a top house is even though they traditionally have unattractive girls? Is this the house for girls with great personality?

If rankings were based on looks, Theta would be below Tri Delt.

Theta is top because they give significantly heavier fines than the other houses for missing social events, so they always have full attendance even if the girls don't want to go. Their gpa is unaffected because many of their girls have easy majors.
