it's crazy how phi psi

It's crazy how ph psi was kicked off the row in 2009 and then came back in 2012 and then by 2013 they were already considered the top house. How did this happened? that means they came back for one year and were immediately placed at the top. There seems to be something off here. Am I missing something??? Meanwhile piked got kicked off the row in 2012 then came back in 2014 and still struggling to find there footing. So how come they can't follow the phi psi projectory?? How did phi psi make such a dramatic comeback? Please someone educate me on a little row history?

Try tried to imitate the LXA's model and succeeded. However they are not even close to being as good as the original.
