phi psi getting good

Wasn't phi psi kicked off the row until 2012. My question is if so and they returned to the row just 4 years ago then how did they get good so quickly and go from being a new house to the top house?

TOP house only in their mind, yes they are ONE of the top 3 houses of SX, LXA, PHI PSI but they sit at #3.

Phi Psi is the undisputed top house and has been for several years. No try hards, metros or soft bros in Phi Psi.

I don't think Phi Psi is in the Top tier they are the Top of the middle tier. Ranking should read
Top tier
1.TKE
2.SX
3.LXA
Middle tier
4 Phi Psi ( most of these guys peaked in hs)

That wasn't even the question. Okay so regardless if they are top house or they are top 3. How did they become soo good so fast?
