end of year frat review

Risers:
TKE - as much as they're hated they had by far the best year on the row. Cemented in the top tier now
Sig Nu - had a great year overall but quite a slip losing aphi homecoming next year to ZBT
Pi Kapp - really good pledge classes and parties this year
Sammy - really good year and are moving houses on the row too

Fallers:
Aepi - biggest drop of any house on the row. really have a lot of work to do to catch up
Lambda - slowly losing relevance
Fiji - missed out on an entire semester which hurt a lot
Phi Sig - after a decent year last year they completely blew it with two uncomfortable registers. parties sucked too
DTD - really got killed by the whole Tyga fiasco

I think Sig Chi is a faller too. I'm sure they will recover next semester once their probation ends, but like FIJI, they really got hurt missing out on a semester.
