Top Tier
Phi Psi - still top even after their probation
Sig Chi - have managed to keep themselves relevant while being gone for so long we'll see if that stays
TKE - Undeniably had the best year and deserve this spot as much as they're hated
Lambda - falling a bit. huge parties and most girls still love them
Upper Mid
Sig Nu - Closest house to breaking into the top tier. Need to mix more with better houses in the future to get there tho
ZBT - Solid year for the. right behind sig nu in everything though
FIJI - Had a great fall but been on probation all spring. If they don't get off quick they'll fall further
Middle
Pi Kapp - Good year. Outdid lambda and phi delt at american pi app
Phi Delt - have one of the best frat houses and decent parties
Sammy - had a lot of great parties. def improving overall and has new house next semester
Beta - honestly as high as they'll get for being off row. kinda lost a lot of relevance this semester
Pike - starting to get a really creepy rep but there are a lot of great guys in that house
Lower Mid
Kappa Sig - A lot of weird people but pretty crazy parties
Phi Sig - Their party space is too big for the number of people they attract
Delta Chi -Chill and nice guys. not really very fratty though
Bottom
Theta Xi - LMFAO was there and thats about it
DTD - Tyga wasn't there and thats about it
Theta Chi - Just found out they were a house

LXA is still #1. I mean who can claim Patrick Swarzenegger as a member? he is sooo hot! while I was visiting I saw Molly Cirrus on one occasion and Taylor Swift just hanging no other can frat can say that. Plus Matt Kessler the quarterback of the football team!... comeon. ΛΧΑ is in a tier by themselves NO ONE is even close. And I hear another BIG BIG star will be joining soon.Post should read
