best year?

What frat has had the best year so far? As in improved the most?

As odd as it seems I would say no dout TKE has had the best year. Yet, there's no question there closely followed by Sig Nu, with 2 of the best pledge classes and the fall of AEPI they have made some real moves, not a top house yet but they are getting close.

Fiji for sure. TKE moved from top tier to more top tier. Fiji made a statement and established themselves as middle/upper middle.

How? Fiji has had no parties, is on social probation, and will likely have social probation next year.

GOOD YEAR:
TKE (by far the best year)
Sigma Nu
Pi Kapp
Sammy

BAD YEAR:
Sigma Chi
Lambda
Pike

INDIFFERENT:
Fiji had an incredible fall but entire spring social probation evened it out unfortunately. They'll continue next fall don't worry

Also Beta had a bad year with no spring parties and ZBT was strong

anyone who thinks tke did well this last year is f-crazy. Worst parties and biggest creepers out there.

TKE had the standout best year. Sigma Nu was very strong. Sammy did well for itself as well. FIJI pulled a great year too. And ZBT kept it upish

FIJI had the most impressive year even despite being on probation in the spring, they got two great pledge classes and threw some of the years best parties. TKE had a great year as well

I have friends in several mid tier houses who's parties I go to and kappa sig definitely has solid parties. Better than betas and relatively close to Sammys.
