It's their own faults, nothing has changed for Greek life overall. Change happens. Phi Psi and TKE have an even stronger stranglehold of the top. AEPi free-falled out. Sammy and DTD got better. Lamda finally had their disorganization get the best of them. Sigma Chi screwed up and paid the consequences, and we'll see the full effects of those next year.
Generally: change doesn't equal decline.
