rushing as a junior

Transferring to USC in the fall and my old school doesn't have Greek life so I might rush and I know I won't get a bid to like any good sorority but would it be worth it to possibly be in a lower tier or just not rush?

All sororities (even the top 4) have junior and sophomore quotas, which means that they all have to take a certain number of juniors and sophomores. It's worth a try!
