Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 4.5 These girls are great and they get a bad rep for partying. There are all type of girls in this house not just the party ones but overall pi phi is a great house.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 1.8 how sloppy they are, i would say adpi is much more classy...pi phi is def considered a top house but adpi is probs actually better in all other aspects

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 4.8 they are the most UNDERrated house on the row. As in, very unnecessary hate for a house that I see pretty neutrally. Some very nice girls, some aren't but definitely fun and above ADPi for sure.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 3.5 Every year these girls get such a bad rep, but while there are a handful of rotten eggs, a lot of the girls are really outgoing and friendly, pretty, down to earth. Some are in really creative majors. The too-Orange county girls with blonde hair seem to have given way to more hipster cute girls and more brunettes (kind of the opposite of Kappa)
