Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 3.3 A house with a strong reputation, strong history, strong events, and recent weak pledge classes. The girls that stay are strong, involved, sociable, and on the wild side but are fun. Haven't tried to cling to their old history/rank which is interesting

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 4.3 i almost joined, glad i didn't BUT because i was meant for another house, NOT because there's anything wrong with getting a bid here. actually quite a lot to be proud of. pi phi is so strong in california and nationally, and has a lot of history at usc. great social events, strong philanthropies, and either the #3 or #4 choice for most pnm's (I'd say it's #4 in rankings but some pnm's personality-wise would like pi phi better than theta after dg/kappa)

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 4.3 ranking: 4-beautiful seniors, then the rest are middle to upper middle to top tier girls. 5-still popular with rushees after DG/Kappa/Theta...someti mes over Theta depending on the PNM. 4-involved outside the Row (sometimes surprisingly due to stereotype) with USG and there are some artsy types, strong philanthropy and social events 3-not super classy. Some VERY sloppy girls, but generally the majority behave like any sorority girl with a pretty packed social calendar. 5-very fun, social, outgoing, and so far as my experiences with them they have been friendly to non-top 4, GDIs, etc. All in all still a sought-after house, definitely #4 most wanted by PNMs

To PNMs who are going "I wouldn't join this house"...if you're dropped from Kappa/DG suddenly Pi Phi will look fantastic. Don't pretend you know. PNMs aim for Kappa/DG, then Theta, then Pi Phi, then Alpha Phi, then Tridelt/ADPi, then Gamma Phi, then AXO, depending on their rush schedule. It's the truth.
