since rush is coming up soon, here’s my two cents: these girls are odd. during rush i kept getting called back to axo even though i did my best to not seem interested. vibes are just not good, couldn’t rly pinpoint why

It’s tough to see the current state of this sorority, especially when their social media presence highlights the same 10 girls over and over, creating an impression of a lack of involvement from the broader membership. It almost feels like they’re struggling to showcase a vibrant, diverse community, which is a red flag for potential new members. Their events look thrown together, lacking creativity and polish. Instead of the fun, engaging parties you’d expect from a sorority, their gatherings come across as budget-dollar store productions. It’s disappointing when a group can’t create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere, especially when social events are a big part of sorority life. The fact that they openly admit to not having the funds to buy holiday decorations, or even a ladder, is concerning. Financial stability and strong management are key to a thriving house, and this level of transparency about their financial struggles doesn’t inspire confidence. Panhelleni c didn’t mess up on this one — it’s clear no one wanted this house. With only five recruits during Spring COB and just nine in the Fall, it seems like they’re struggling to attract members. The low recruitment numbers are a big indicator that this sorority just doesn’t have the appeal or infrastructure to compete with stronger chapters. They need a serious overhaul to get back on track.

If you are reading this I am assuming you are probably about to go through recruitment and you are trying to figure out which house is you best fit, and that’s fair enough. All I ask is that you take all these reviews with a grain of salt because a lot of them are fake and made by the same person who wants to see AXO gone. Give the AXO girls a chance, they are really amazing! They are not about to close, they have plenty of money, and their newly elected executive board is super passionate about sisterhood and making the sorority an incredible group of girls. You are going to make friends anywhere but don’t count AXO out just because a girl (or guy idk) has an obsessive grudge and wants to take them down. Good luck in recruitment and life! <3

“This house is barely staying afloat. They can’t even afford simple things like holiday decorations. There’s no sense of sisterhood, no events, and hardly any active members left.

The recent developments within the AXO have raised serious concerns, particularly regarding the election of their executive board. Unfortunately, the current board, which was declared ineligible for the election due to certain procedural issues, was still placed in leadership roles. This has led to significant unrest among the membership, as it suggests a lack of transparency and adherence to the organization's rules and values

The sorority house, set to close next year, is under fire for allegedly misleading potential new members into joining. This is a troubling and deceptive move by the organization, as they appear to be seeking one final cash grab before the house shuts down. Current members and prospective recruits deserve full transparency about the future of the chapter, yet the sorority’s leadership seems intent on hiding the truth. Instead of focusing on the values of sisterhood and community that should define a sorority, this chapter seems to be prioritizing financial gain. Promising new members a long-lasting experience while secretly knowing the house’s closure is imminent feels like a blatant betrayal of trust. It’s disappointing to see an organization manipulate its members for monetary gain, especially when those joining are expecting to make lifelong connections, only to be met with empty promises. This lack of integrity reflects poorly on the sorority’s national leadership as well, who should ensure that any decisions about closures are communicated clearly and ethically. New recruits should be aware of this situation before making any decisions.

It’s disappointing to see what has happened with this once well-established sorority. A quick glance at their social media confirms that membership is at an all-time low, with only about 15 active members. It’s obvious that they’re struggling, especially since there seems to be no budget for events or even basic decorations. This is a far cry from what this chapter used to be, given its longstanding history on the row. It’s disheartening to witness an organization that was once a vibrant part of the community lose its footing and prestige. Hopefully, they can find a way to rebuild, but as of now, it’s clear that they’ve drifted far from their former glory.

I thought the review about AXO not being able to afford Christmas decorations was surely a joke, but oh, it is true if you look at their most recent IG post. This is a VISIBLE sign to not join because why is the only decoration some cheap fairy lights that you can get from Target? In previous years, AXO was decked out in gorgeous pine garlands, a wreath below their letters, and lights lining the whole house. It is simultaneously laughable, but also tragic. I am absolutely BEGGING PNMs to not join a house that can no longer even afford to have quality Christmas decor.
