I love this house so much! The girls are the sweetest and hardest working people I’ve met at on the row!

When I rushed as a freshman I had no clue I was going to end up in AXO. Now as a senior about to graduate I can confidantly say that joining was the best choice I ever made. My time in AXO has shaped me into a strong, confident woman who is ready to step into the real world postgrad. The alumni connections in this house are some of the best on the row, and I managed to get my dream job through the AXO network. These girls are so genuine and supportive, I really feel like I have found my sisters for life. AXO girls choose their friends based on personality, not just how they will look on an Instagram feed, and as a result they are all extremely close. Everyone knows everyone in the house and I have felt so welcomed since day one. When I joined I wasn’t sure if AXO’s ‘smart’ reputation meant that they didn’t have fun or go out. However that is maybe the opposite of true. AXO girls can do it all — dirty rush party on a Monday, 8am class on a Tuesday, and 90-Wednesday the day after. Ive had so much fun here with all my sisters and could get into all of the crazy stuff we’ve done but it would definitely take too long. However my biggest advice I could give you is to JOIN AXO!!!! You will be joining at the perfect time with a new exec board who is so cool and excited for the year ahead. This is not a scary or intense house at all. Both the new President and new VP Standards are so chill and love going out but also are SO smart. I am so excited for my final semester in AXO and I can’t imagine what I’m going to do without it.

Seriously, AXO, do you need your mom to write your reviews? This house is the worst. The girls are rude, mean, and don't care about sisterhood at all.

To all the parents out there reading this before your daughters go through rush in a few weeks please know AXO is a wonderful house. There is some person out there who is making up all of this ridiculous stuff. This cyber bullying needs to stop and I wish USC Panhellenic would step in and clear this up. AXO is a group of classy young ladies and I am proud of my daughter who is a member. She LOVES her sisters and everything about this house.

I was initially thrown off by the negative comments abt AXO but joining has truly been such a valuable experience. Frat guys are the worst no matter the tier so don’t let who they mix w affect ur opinion. You don’t have to be besties w everyone in the house but it’s safe to say that I’ve made some of my best friends in AXO.

I’ve really found community at AXO! This is a house filled with down to Earth, mindful, and adventurous girls. There’s always someone to go do Pilates with, down to see an Improv show, or take a spontaneous trip with.

AXO boasts a remarkable low of 75 members. This is a dismal number compared to the rest of the sororities on the row, and with the seniors graduating, they will soon have 50 members left (unless they have a huge Spring 2025 PC), which merits the closure. Extremely expensive with no payoff in friendships or networking. AVOID!!!

It’s disappointing to see what has happened with this once well-established sorority. A quick glance at their social media confirms that membership is at an all-time low, with only about 15 active members. It’s obvious that they’re struggling, especially since there seems to be no budget for events or even basic decorations. This is a far cry from what this chapter used to be, given its longstanding history on the row. It’s disheartening to witness an organization that was once a vibrant part of the community lose its footing and prestige. Hopefully, they can find a way to rebuild, but as of now, it’s clear that they’ve drifted far from their former glory.

While reflecting upon my time in axo, these girls became an unexpected family to me. At first I was worried about joining due to all the rumors and gossip surrounding the house but I wanted to give them a fair chance. After running to this house on bid day, I’ve come to learn how amazing, kind, and beautiful all these girls are. I couldn’t have asked for better friends who have become my sisters. I am thankful that I listened to my heart and met these girls. I don’t know where I would be without them and I’m glad that I won’t have to find out.
