Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.7 This house is actually worth the hype. Not sure why people rank them below zbt and sammy because they probably have had the most fun and best looking pcs in recent times. Once these guys establish good sorority relations with some top houses like dg and kappa, I see them being ranked among the best frats at SC. Honestly so underrated.

Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.2 Beyond all the annoying hype behind this fraternity, there is no doubt that they are on the rise. They have been pretty consistent with throwing dope registers and they had BOB perform which was one of the best parties of the semester. They may still be a middle-tier fraternity, but their trajectory surely puts them on par with at least Pike and maybe even ZBT. All it takes is a couple semesters of great PCs and they will be rising in the ranks in no time.
