Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 1.3 every guy in here thinks they are cooler then they really are. Bottom house at USC I don't even know why they are ranked so high. Only desperate girls will go to their parties.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.3 definitely a rising house. not as hot as phi psi, nor will they be with the older guys in the house. But the recent pledge classes have been really quality.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.0 cute and nerdy but honestly think so much of themselves as rising to be a top house and they are wrong. Sigma Chi/SAE/Phi Psi are the top tier and i seriously doubt ZBT will ever join their ranks. They might go from lower middle tier to like mid middle tier though?

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 A good looking house, especially the younger guys some cuties but kinda douchey. they like to say they are gentlemen, but i dont really see it. cute guys typically means d-bags so you give and take. really fun parties especially lately.
