Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 Great House and a group of very nice guys. They know how to have a good time and aren't constantly concerned with being the broest out there! Down to earth and really smart!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 I don't get what all the sudden hate on here is about. These guys are really nice guys who don't hurt anyone and just kinda do their thing. If you are looking for a raging fraternity, then they aren't the house for you, but they are cooler than average guys. I have been to their parties and they are pretty good. Don't get why people are harassing on them.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 I agree that their parties are getting better, and they sort of do the nerdy thing well. They aren't ragers, but they are cooler than average, and I like chilling with them. A lot of them are sort of checked out of the University system and not all that plugged into campus events. But they are fun guys.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 1.4 AWFUL parties. awkward and thirsty brothers, who are mostly unattractive, classless, and just plain weird. all their decent brothers either graduated, are seniors, or have girlfriends. need a serious lesson in how to be social and NOT make people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I agree with the person that said these guys aren't trying to "brand" anything. They really aren't wired in a social/ pr way like that. Everyone knows they are nerds. If you like nerds, they are cool guys. If you don't like nerds then not the guys you want to hang out with. I don't think anyone would try to say this is the fraternity for your typical SC fraternity experience. Nice guys thow
