Nice guys, generally good-looking. Parties always seem to have a decent turnout, and the general consensus about them among girls is mostly positive. However, they aren't the most memorable of houses- I tend to forget about them more than others. I guess that could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you look at it- either they have no douches who make the house look really bad, or no guys who represent the house really well.
