Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.4 SAE is known as the house that has been here forever and has always run the row. In my experience at USC I have met a lot of fun hot guys there that know how to party but at the same time a lot of them think they are too good for everybody else. Their members are all really close and seem to have a more traditional fraternity feel than most houses on the row.

SAE is known as the house that has been here forever and has always run the row. In my experience at USC I have met a lot of fun hot guys there that know how to party but at the same time a lot of them think they are too good for everybody else. Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.8 I have no idea what the past reviewers are talking about, but SAE has been getting worse every semester for the past few years. I definitely would not consider it a "top house" at all. The guys are so into themselves its kinda sad. Any girl who goes to one of their parties, will quickly agree with me.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.4 They're still technically considered top, but most of the girls in the top 4 don't really care about them. Definitely falling off the radar. The older guys are super hot, but they're new pledge class is lacking. So many guys dropped them that they only had 9 pledges. Better pick it up, SAE.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 They have been running this place for a while now. I heard about some trouble they got in before I came here but they consistently have had the best parties this year so I don't see any setbacks. They are all awesome and through some awesome parties. As a girl, I always know there'll be something crazy going on at SAE. LOVE IT!!

They have been running this place for a while now. I heard about some trouble they got in before I came here but they consistently have had the best parties this year so I don't see any setbacks. Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.2 Defintely used to be the top house a few years back but before I got to USC they apparently fell off the planet when they got in trouble and are struggling to recover...I definitely think that have made strides this year and are improving. Id put them higher on the middle tier. Some reallyyy hot guys and a few who are not the slightest bit attractive.
