Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 Severance(their halfway house) throws down. With the row the way it is, SAE is still raging with Sev. The Halloween party they threw was one of the best parties I have been to all year. Love these guys. True fraternity.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.2 SAE is probably the most traditional fraternity at USC. Fun parties at their house and Severance, the only relevant halfway house. They have a steady flow of legacies and athletes so they always get a few good guys during recruitment. That being said, their DGAF attitude about everything is starting to catch up with them. Their pledge classes are getting worse and the house struggles with members paying dues and attending events.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.8 SAE struggled a little last year, but judging by their parties so far this year and the pledge class they got they are back to being at the top! Some of them are a little into themselves but definitely one of the top 2 houses.
