Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 I don't know why the fact that it was SAE's house matters. The row gets shuffled all the time (Pike, Sammy, etc.). SAE didnt deserve that house anyway, I'm glad some actually decent guys live there now.

you do realize the lease runs for four years (including this year) but will probably end up going longer depending on how long it takes SAE to recharter and recruit enough numbers to afford it, right?

Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.2 Casually through a Valentine's Day party that was better than both Beta's and Phi Sig's registers. AEPi was there because they "bought the boos", but all the cool guys I talked to were Delts. Definitely on the up.

Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.2 Pretty unfair rankings of this house. Parties are okay, but the guys in general are what make this place. Very nice and classy generally, and seem to care about each other a lot. Their looks are getting better by the semester, gorgeous house, and great brotherhood--still bottom tier, but pushing middle pretty hard.

Pretty unfair rankings of this house. Parties are okay, but the guys in general are what make this place. Very nice and classy generally, and seem to care about each other a lot.
