While once solid middle tier, this house is sliding to the top of bottom tier. Due to an especially weak pledge class on par with Theta Xi and DTD, Beta has now been overtaken in the top 10 by Pike and will likely be overtaken by Phi sig next semester.

Objective ranking: overall below average PC, very diverse but with a couple stand outs. social was not bad except cairo was underwhelming. still in the mid-tier but the house needs to step up its effort and PC in the fall if it doesn't want to head into the lower mid. rumor is house will be renovated in the summer too
