They’re honestly one of the top 3 houses here at USC Iif they just stop getting in trouble. Back in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s, Beta ruled campus with the other two houses Sigma Chi and SAE. They are off suspension as of end of this semester and the school is renovating their house. They may be back from the dead soon enough.

UNREAL Brotherhood. Easily the most underrated frat house. The guys in here are so fun to chill with, I always have a good time with them. (The older Betas are low-key super hot too). Def on the rise and need to be appreciated more because not a lot of houses actually have GOOD people.

They fell hard last semester with sopro and a really beat pledge class. It’s going to take them some time before coming back to mid tier.
