I'm in a sorority and is it unfair to my boyfriend if i go to exchanges? I would never ever cheat on my boyfriend but my boyfriend got mad at me when I went on my first exchange.

Depends on your relationship, most guys get jealous by it but are more open if they're Greek themselves. If you'd be mad if the roles were reversed, then you're in the wrong. If you'd be ok with it then try and talk it out

exchanges are a big part of the social aspect of the greek life, you'll be missing out on a lot of opportunities to make new friends and strengthen your relations with your fellow sisters. But yea talk to it out, im sure he will understand. :)

I talked to my boyfriend about it and he said he is not cool with it because he said exchanges are for mingling and hook ups. :(

if you really want to go to them your boyfriend should understand. they're not for hooking up, i've made some really great friends at exchanges (far more often than i've hooked up with people) and i think it's kinda overkill that your boyfriend wont let you go to parties alone. that's just my opinion but he should trust you more than that

Exchanges are actually supposed to be a time to meet people outside your own frat/sorority, not to get crazy and hook up. if you go to the pit or bims after then that different but it sucks he doesn't trust you. Your only in college once, it's your social life so do what you want!
