Hi, I'm in Phi Delt rn and might transfer here next year. How good of a frat is Phi Delt there? I've read some poor things on them and am considering dropping this frat so I can rush a good one when I get there. Please let me know!

Well if you already got initiated to phi delt at your current school then you can't switch.
