spring rush for sororities
by: curiousi didn't rush in the winter and i was wondering how spring rush works! I really don't want to wait till september because i really regret not rushing.

Wait until ubcsororities posts the info on their website in mid january! But basically a certain number of houses will participate in Panhel COB, while others (if need be) host invite-only COB (some of these invite-only ones are either you have to know someone in it, or you can just email their MVP). But it's a lot more of a 'chill' process for spring cob rather than formal recruitment! Less rounds, and less stress. But also less spots available than in the fall, and thus it can be even more competitive to get a bid.

Everyone is allowed to participate in open house some choose not to as they think it's "not worth their time" since they don't want a list off all the girls coming through. So she is right that if you want one of the ones not doing open house, contact their recruitment chair. But I'd do it first week of Jan since they already have some girls in mind they want to bid. It's hilarious seeing on Instagram mainly one sorority already kissing some girls asses with compliments
