rushing in third year

I missed out on formal recruitment this year and heard that COB is very difficult. Should I be worried if I rush in third year? Will I still have a fair shot at getting into any chapter?

i would suggest you to contact the Panhel to see which chapters do COB. COB is usually more chill and relax than formal recruitment where you get to do a lot of interesting bonding activities with the actives :)
